How much do custom cuts cost?

There are no additional fees for custom cut orders.

If you feel like a price does not make sense, or you can find better prices elsewhere. Please contact our sales team. We will make our best effort to find you the best pricing around.

What are the cutting tolerances?

We keep our tolerances +/- 1/8

Can I return items that have been custom cut?

No, custom cut items are final sale and absolutely not refundable.

How long does it take?

We aim to have custom cut orders shipped out the next business day.

How does the free custom cutting tool work?

Our free custom cutting tool makes it easy to get the exact measurements you need. Simply enter your dimensions online, and we’ll cut your material to size with precision—no matter the specifications.

Can you cut metal to any size?

With the majority of products there is a minimum cut length of 50 inch, however, there are some cases we can go lower than 1 inch.

Can you cut polished metal?

Yes, we can cut polished products, however, please be aware that the cut edges will not have a polished finish.

What types of cuts do you do?

Online, we are only able to offer straight-edge cutting at 90 degrees, i.e. we are unable to provide mitre or circular cutting.

For special metal fabrication requests, please contact the sales team as we may be able to accommodate the request.

How quickly can you deliver cut-to-size metal?

We strive to deliver cut-to-size metal promptly and efficiently, most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. With a higher volume of cuts, this may take a little longer.
