Common questions
Can you cut an offcut down for me?
No. Offcuts sell as is, that's why they cost less. If you need an exact length, order cut-to-length on the same product page. Same price per inch as always.
How exact is the listed length?
Offcut lengths are ±1/2″, not our usual ±1/8″. Most come in right on, but a saw kerf can take a bit off a piece. If your project needs an exact length, order cut-to-length on the same product page instead.
What if someone buys it first?
Each cut is one piece of metal, listed once. It leaves the list the moment an order lands, and we recount the whole shelf every morning.
Can I mix offcuts with a cut-to-length order?
Yes. Same cart, same box. The $40 order minimum applies to the whole cart, offcuts included.
