This is raised expanded metal mesh, cut from carbon steel. We stretch the sheet so the diamonds stand up at an angle, and that raised face is what gives you grip underfoot and stiffness without piling on weight. It's the mesh people reach for on catwalks, ramps, trailer decks, security screens, and machine guards.

The pattern is a 1/2″ center-to-center diamond in the 3LB weight class. Want a smooth, level surface instead? That's our flattened expanded mesh, where the same diamonds get rolled flat.
