Service & Repair on Trailers + Shop Storage Project

The build

At Laker City Trailer Co we regularly upgrade and service steel trailers for Nova Scotians, requiring specific cuts across numerous types of Steel, Metals R Us has been a huge help. We also have built some storage for the shop floor - this rack is a good example of what that stock turns into.
Their crew welded up a two-tier frame out of angle and flat bar to hold their trailer jacks, swing-up handles, casters and all, so the service bay stays organized instead of jacks stacked on the floor. The angled fork arms cradle each jack at a lean so nothing rolls or tips.
